I. General
⊹ I reserve the right to refuse any commission(s), no matter the reason or circumstance.
⊹ If the client displays any ill behavior towards me or my works the commission will be cancelled and the client will be blacklisted and unable to participate in any events involving me.
⊹ A reference or visual must be provided when giving details of the commission.
⊹ Any major revisions to the work after the draft is confirmed will not be added unless said otherwise, minor revisions may still be made at any point of the process.
⊹ The client understands that the art will be sent in digital format only via Twitter or Discord DM
⊹ Rushing the artist without valid reason may result in the cancellation of the commission
⊹ The client understands that these terms are subject to change at anytimeII. Payment
⊹ I accept payments through Zelle and CashApp
⊹ Strictly no refunds for finished pieces, you may cancel the commission before payment
⊹ I, the artist, have the right to refund any commission if errors occur in the payment process

III. Copyright Policy
⊹ I maintain all rights to any commissioned works for personal usage such as displaying to my portfolios.
⊹ Watermarks may not be removed from the work under any circumstances.
⊹ All commissioned pieces may not be used for commercial works unless discussed and agreed upon before the commission is set.
⊹ The art must be credited to me, Twitter/Insta @pancake_potatoe, if reposted to any form of media or platform.
⊹ I will not replicate or reproduce art for character(s) that are not owned by the client.
⊹ Clients may not claim, trace, edit, correct, modify, change and/or redistribute the finished artwork in any way without permission.

I will not draw:
⊹ Furries (kemonomimis are okay)
⊹ NSFW / Gore
⊹ Heavy mecha
⊹ Disturbing or offensive imagery
